Hi, I'm Abby,
and yes, I've been told I'm a bit much too.

I help women who are good at their jobs work out what they want next, and then do something about it.

I spent ten years in corporate marketing, and I was good at it. But my favourite hours were always the ones spent helping a colleague think through a big decision.

So I trained as a coach with the International Coaching Federation, and I have spent the six years since helping women change roles, change direction, or simply change how they feel about Monday.
