Sessions are one-to-one video calls, or in person in Lisbon. We start with what's on your mind, choose one thing to work on, and finish with a next step you actually want to take. You get short notes after every session so nothing gets lost.
Start with the free call and we'll choose together. As a rule of thumb: one-to-one for a big decision or a stuck season, Career reset when your role no longer fits, and The Circle if you want company and momentum with other women.
Most women feel clearer after the first two sessions. Bigger changes, like a new role or a hard conversation, usually take the full three months. I can't promise a result, but I can promise structure, honesty and something to try before every session.
Life happens. Move a session up to 24 hours before and there's no charge. Later than that, we'll find a way to make it work, but it may count as a used session.
Yes. One-to-one coaching can be split into three monthly payments, and Career reset into two. The Circle is paid up front. Ask on the free call and I'll send you the details.
